# Debug Info

In some cases, you’ll have to provide info from the plugin to help our technical support team diagnose potential issues. While in the plugin, navigate to the **“Debug”** tab and you’ll see a field for **“Debug Info”**. Please copy the contents of this field and send to support if requested.
